The G20 Youth Club young people make soup to hand out to those in need

The G20 Works personal development programme supports young people who are working on an apprenticeship with G20 Works. The programme is also open to other young people and the wider community at certain times.

The programme includes topics like financial planning, emotional wellbeing, counselling, men’s groups, girl’s groups. These programmes help to break down barriers to employment and support mental health and wellbeing and the transition onto positive destinations.  The young people decide on the programme and they chose the classes that best suit them, from a menu of sessions and one to one therapy slots.

Life Link are based in the unit on a Monday and support the personal development programme through their wellbeing classes.

The G20 Youth Project aims to create a trauma responsive community where young people are included, heard, valued and supported in the society in which they live.
